We had lots of time to get the creative juices flowing and loved working with the sun and blue skies to my advantage (which isn’t so common in Western Washington!). Gorgeous day + Gorgeous couple = Gorgeous Pics.

I am very excited to photograph their January 2011 wedding in Bellevue at the First Presbyterian Church followed by their reception at the Ballroom at the Westin!

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve posted a photo blog entry. I am absolutely thrilled to have Liz & Casey’s engagement session to be my first big blog post of the year.  We went to my old stomping grounds of Marina Beach in Edmonds, WA to capture the love they have for each other. We had the most amazing weather anyone to ask for. It was simply, “An EDMONDS kind of day!” I am very proud to say that I grew-up near here.

From eating chocolate ice-cream, balancing on beach drift wood, hanging out in a nautical-like window, to walking their adorable dog and fishing off the pier, this shoot was a dream for me. I just LOVE lifestyle shoots.  Their wedding has a nautical theme so Edmonds was a perfect location for their engagement session! I will be photographing their wedding on Whidbey Island, WA in August 2010.
