Nicole Goddard Photography | BLOG bio picture

welcome to my blog!

My name is Nicole and I am extremely passionate about photography.

With a journalistic and artist approach, I strive to create a timeless and unique collection of spontaneous moments with style.

I am a careful, unobtrusive observer anticipating the moment and making the connection.

Born & raised in Seattle, I earned a BFA of Photography at the University of Washington. I am approaching my 8th year in business.  Woohoooo!!!

I am now based in the sunny city of Los Angeles, but I am available for travel worldwide.

When I am not behind my camera (or computer!), I .....

-  cherish time with my family & friends

-  practice power yoga

-  bike on the beach trails in SoCal

-  hike and go on long walks in my neighborhood of Silverlake

-  explore hole in the wall restaurants

-  go to live concerts.

-  find my addiction to peanut butter getting stronger

-  travel to new places. Last destination was Thailand! Check it out:      http://www.nicolegoddard.com/thailand

My friend Nels, with Stemm...

Tracie & Bill take “The PLUNGE” in Maui

Aloha from Maui,
Last Wednesday at high Noon, the day before their wedding,  Bill & Tracie took taking “THE PLUNGE” to a whole new level.  They carefully climbed up the Black Rock Cliff on the coast of Kaanapali and LEAPED into the warm, crystal blue, Puget Sound as our awesome, Hawaiian friend, Wilmont Kahaialii,  blew loudly...

Double Trouble: Adorable cousins at age 2

Last month, I photographed a sweet & wonderful family in Edmonds, WA.  The stars of the photo session were cousins, Cooper and Adaline. I had a blast capturing them in their prime; craziness!  So fun. We threw dirt, played with water spouts, rode on old-school playground toys, ripped off pieces of bark, and rolled in...
