My name is Nicole and I am extremely passionate about photography.

You will find my most current work showcased here!

With a journalistic and artist approach, I strive to create a timeless and unique collection of spontaneous moments with style.

I am a careful, unobtrusive observer anticipating the moment and making the connection.

Born & raised in Seattle, I earned a BFA of Photography at the University of Washington. I am in my 9th year in business.  Woohoooo!!!

I am now based in the sunny city of Los Angeles, but I am available for travel worldwide.

When I am not behind my camera (or computer!), I .....

-  cherish time with my family & friends

-  practice power yoga

-  bike on the beach trails in SoCal

-  hike and go on long walks in my neighborhood of Silverlake

-  explore hole in the wall restaurants

-  go to live concerts.

-  find my addiction to peanut butter getting stronger

Congrats to Liz & David!

I have had the pleasure to get to know them over these last several months and I am so happy they have come into my life.  With a mixture of Jewish & Mexican traditions, the releasing of friendly butterflies after the ceremony, the true love floating in the air, David and Liz’s wedding was amazing.  They were married on June 20, 2009 at the 1930, Spanish-style, gorgeous Adamson House.  A big thanks to their awesome wedding coordinator, Kelly Demaray, my second photographer, Leslie Talley, my assistant, Justin Hollenkamp, makeup artist Surjaya Cruz and legendary videographer Roberto Fonseca.

I love all the moments you captured--my favorites so far are David's expression during the Hava Nagila (ROFL!!!) and my pops during his speech, he looks so happy. Can't wait to see the rest, I will wait patiently. Also, the lighting and composition of some of the pictures are quite spectacular, especially the wide angle ones. Have fun at your sister's wedding.
